From the roundabout on the A386 just outside Hatherleigh, turn off following signpost to Town Centre. Take the second turning right signposted Monkokehampton. Follow road uphill for 1 mile onto Hatherleigh Moor. You will pass a monument on the left. Take the next turning right signposted Upcott. From here Lower Upcott Farm is 1.2 miles and is the second farm on the left.
